Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your IonInfuse portable water bottle, you may request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

The product is in its original condition and with original packaging.

For hygiene reasons,flavor pods that have been opened/unsealed are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.
Refund Process Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damages and Issues If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Return Shipping Costs For returns not related to product defects, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In the event of a defective product, IonInfuse will cover the return shipping costs.
